Issues with an Item
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect items, please us immediately via email. Customers have 3 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
